Excellent solution for quick product knowledge. Very easy to use to keep associates/SFCs engaged.

What do you like best? When management is absent or when there isn't enough time to explain things, MobieTrain has helped provide our associates with a quick guide on customer service and product knowledge. It's great that it allows our employees to learn quickly about the products we have in store. Also, our management has now a better understanding of how to do certain things logistically, like POs in Coupa.
What do you dislike? Even though I like the tool, it's not always intuitive. For example, there are times that the answers are subjective. Also, I've had some issues logging in/password. It would be great if there were fewer repetitive tasks and more in-depth explanations about the why and how.

What do you like best? Good flow of communication and collaboration between teams overall. We're proud to say that 6,000+ users have had beneficial experiences while using MobieTrain. Content-wise the whole experience is very smooth. I love that it's very customized. That was crucial for us because we want all our tools to be tailored to our corporate culture and mission. It's very easy to navigate and access. Plus, it is easily integrated with our existing platform.
What do you dislike? In total, this solution is great. Sure, it can have a few improvements, especially regarding the dashboard. Also, I'd love to see adding badges to the gamification aspect. Outstanding customer support, they answer promptly and in a friendly manner.

What do you like best? The main reasons we chose this tool were a) ease of content creation b) the look and feel of the platform c) great relationship with the support team.
What do you dislike? There isn't anything I don't like about this platform. Their team always makes sure to improve the platform's performance, so no complaints. The MobieTrain team is very supportive and incredibly responsive to our feedback. They are willing to adapt the system's functionality in order to accommodate our needs

What do you like best? MobieTrain has a nice flow. You can get things started fast with good user guidance. Apart from it being user-friendly, I love that I can use it as a mobile tool. Plus, their team is amazing! They always share ideas and try to improve the system based on our specific needs.
What do you dislike? Don't expect to know and understand every functionality right from the start. Just like with every tool, you have to go through some kind of a learning process. But that's normal, I think, and the system guides users through the whole learning experience.

What do you like best? For those of you looking for an intuitive digital learning and communication platform, this is an exceptional solution. I love it! MobieTrain makes it very easy to create your own learning application. We've managed to use our own content to create branded learning experiences for our teams.
What do you dislike? The system has an excellent content library for Retail, but other than that, I hope to see more variety in the future. However, it's very useful for creating your own learning app with your own custom content. It runs on a desktop, but you can also use it in a smartphone format.
