Once you familiarize yourself with this tool, you will be amazed with how much you can do!
What do you like best?
It's extremely user friendly and you get the grasp of all the features quickly. I love the ability to easily edit and customize reports.
What do you dislike?
Customer support is slow and difficult to get in touch with, which more of less applies for most huge SaaS companies after the Covid outbreak.
