What is AgencyHR?
AgencyHR is a cloud-based workforce management software, which helps insurance agencies manage time-off requests, monitor work hours, and onboard new hires. Features include notifications, overtime calculation, remote access, attendance tracking, and roster management.
HR managers can use the software to build employee profiles and store records of performance reviews, evaluations, previous conversations, and recognition. Employees can create out-of-office messages for team members, add supporting documents, and send notifications to managers for approval. Supervisors can also share a work calendar and inform team members about the availability or absence of any employee.
AgencyHR includes a time clock feature, which allows administrators to track clock-in/out entries and breaks, receive overtime alerts, and access timesheet reports. The software’s celebration feature automatically notifies team members about upcoming birthdays or work anniversaries via emails and collects messages on eCards. Stakeholders can create various types of leaves such as vacation or sick and set up custom policies, carryover, and accrual rules.
